this seems like an ad (I don't get anything at all from it- not associated in any way with Rozhlas, to start with, unless you count as an occasional listener to D-dur - just meant to get some more works "out there" and answer some questions about where some works might be available if only for rent for performance at least). The PDF is here - hopefully current.
