Symphony no.14 (described as Symphonia ipsa on the CD and providing the CD with its title) is on a Latvian Music Information Centre CD (and another CD of it, this time as sinfonia da camera, from a CD "Senza barriera : Latvian composers at the Warsaw Autumn Festival." released 2009 from the  Polish Music Information Centre- a 2002 live recording). :) All 3 concertos, in recordings conducted by Imants Resnis in 2007-8, are on a CD on the Tuviem un Tāliem label.

The Latvian Music Information 2 disc set is coupled with works by  Jurjāns, Vasks, Ešenvalds, Medin̦š, Plakidis, Kalsons, Grīnups (symphony no.9) and Marģeris Zariņš. (Hrm. Grīnups, he says in a Homer Simpson-like voice.)

The Violin Concerto is in E minor.  One of the best from the 20th Century, if you ask me.
