Correct. I have it and even played it.  It´s a live performace from the Estonia Concert Hall in Tallin, 16 August 1997, by the Estonians SO, three choirs and soloists under Neeme Jarvi.

Oh, I think he reminds us of Jāzeps Vītols most.

I have all the Kapp symphonies but Nos. 1-3 and No.5 were obtained from the Estonian Music Centre.
