Many thanks for these uploads Mathias, which I look forward to investigating.

I can thoroughly recommend both Weweler's Chamber Symphony and Sekles' Serenade as delightful examples of well wrought, unsentimental charm. Weweler's String Quartet is another lovely, ingratiating work but I found Sekles' Cello Sonata a bit too astringent for my taste. I haven't listened to the Jenner works yet, but thanks again Mathias for giving us the opportunity to hear these pieces.

Hear ! Hear!

Greatly appreciated!

More of the same, please, Mathias!

Sorry, Mike, I am more or less broke...  ;D

Thank you very much, Steve, for recording this Divertimento by Sekles! Much appreciated!  :D

The Weweler works were published around 1937 and 1938, I find myself interested in more information on the Weweler quartet at least if available. Alas can't be scanned/published in the US until 2033/2034 or so so getting that information from an electronically scanned score is not an option :)
