How about this gorgeous-sounding stuff by Julius Isserlis (1888-1968), grandfather of Steven Isserlis - he was in born in Kishinev, now Chișinău in Moldova. It is played by Sam Haywood and is a January 2014 Hyperion release:

I was really excited to see this on Hyperion's website. His first Poeme for Piano and orchestra played live by Isserlis himself appeared on youtube (the unfortunately now-absent Musikpensioner who put some amazing stuff up) and while it wouldn't set the world on fire it's attractive music - romantic and Russian.
Incidentally Sandro Russo had just recorded a CD of Russian music that includes the Skazka op6 by Isserlis. Also Medtner, Rakhmaninov, Tanayev - don't know the release date but it will doubtless be announced on his webpage.
