Worldcat suggests one exists from this year, on that label, and with the Huber work (not the Franck) and the mentioned performers...

Yes, it's there on the label website, on the left just below the March 2014 catalogue (the CD is on page 4 of that catalogue, plus a link to the second movement on vimeo) - and yes, it is  all Huber and perhaps ought to be in a new thread. There's also a special exhibition about Huber at the Museum Kleines Klingental in Basel (with a series of concerts) until 31 August.
