Theodore lived from 1860 to 1913. He was from Surinam. His charming Piano Trio Op.6 is on Dutch Radio this week. Not to be missed!

Doesn't seem to be a commercial recording, anyway Members of the Redon Piano Quartet performing, or something? Work published by Schlesinger in 1885, according to HMB (key A-flat, if HMB has it right. Hrrrm, there's also a string quartet. I tend to like string quartets from this period, once in awhile very much... hulloo...)

BTW Corduan.com (Theodor Albert Henrik Neumann-Cordua - no "e" at the end of the first name) gives dates 1860-1914 but notes that the death date, from family-provided genealogy? archives? something, differs from information elsewhere (a site called Buku), also that some information seems to suggest he might have been alive though on his deathbed in 1917, too- so... quiddity...
