World premiers of romantic works

I see from the programme of the English Music Festival at Dorchester Abby they are performing the following works which they claim will be world premiers:
Boughton - overture to Troilus and Cressida
Vaughan Williams - Burley Heath and Harnham Down
Bax - Variations for orchestra  also Sonata movement in F major for clarinet and piano

There are also a number of rare works:

Farrar Miniature Suite
Coles  Behind the lines
Bainton  Pavan, Idyll and Baccanal
Holbrook Cyrene and Butterfly of the Ballet (from Mezzotints)
O'Neill Piano trio

Whilst not a 1914 work, "Behind the Lines" is appropriate for performance in 2014. But it's not the best from Cecil Coles and I'm not really sure how the movements relate musically or narratively, presumably because we have only two of the movements. The first has a nice waltz. The second finishes in a sombre chill. I'd end a concert with that.

I have just looked at the web site of The Museum of Music History and see that they have a complete cast list and other paraphernalia of the premier at Drury Lane of Holbrook's 'Dylan, Son of the Wave'.  They also have Boughton's The Immortal Hour, premiered at Glastonbury.

Does anyone know if the Dorchester concert will be broadcast? or recorded 'in house' perhaps? I am sure we would all like to hear it!
