P. S.
The title of the video is thought up/fictional, just to attract attention!

what part of it is fictional? Lisinski's certainly a real composer, best known for his opera "Porin". Was his real name not Ignatius Fuchs? That part was new to me... Oh, I see, the Vienna New Year concert part. Well, ok, it might happen they'd include it in one of them sometime :)

Talk about elaborate packaging! I have a double LP  entitled: Souvenir Album In Celebration of the Reconstruction of the Croatian National Thatre : The Works of Vatroslav Lisinski.

It features a lavish booklet with an embossed plastic seal whilst the sleeve contains a large metallic badge ornamented with 3 little cloth flags!

The LPs contain excerpts from Porin together with 7 other Lisinski works in a variety of genres including his last work-  a motet; an octet; songs ; arias from his first opera; and the lovely orchestral piece Vecer ( Evening)

I also have a complete broadcast version of Porin together with another LP of Highlights from Porin.
