St. Olaf College is in my part of the world. Listened to the first movement of the first symphony and I found it pleasant enough but the recording was really really archival.

The works for cello and piano on the recently released Toccata CD are really very fine indeed and, even allowing for what seem to be audio and performance quality issues in some of the recordings available on the site, I'm really looking forward to hearing more of Stohr's music. What a wonderful resource the internet can be. Sometimes.
