I have a copy of the Diemer Concertstuck published by Hamelle, but it is only the solo. I assume the same publisher published the score.

It is on my "must have a look at someday" pile.

Full score and orchestral parts were published by Hamelle and I suspect we may find them in BNF.

It seems to have been a fairly popular concerto in its day. When it was played by the composer in Amsterdam in 1902, it received a standing ovation (at that time not as omnipresent as today).
