Not a new release by any means (2008) but perhaps an interesting one?  There's a Wikipedia page about this composer but only in Spanish, as nearly as I can tell. The second link below is to a "History of Symphony" entry, which connects him to Ruperto ChapĂ­.  This recording is his Symphony in E minor from 1892 and an orchestral trilogy, La Orestiada, from the same time period.
