Review now at MusicWeb here by the way :)

Only a brief review given to the one of the three on the CD I know at all (no.1 in F) but that's ok, it really is an uncomplicated- if to my mind and ear enjoyable and memorable - work.

Can't wait to hear these Trios.  I love chamber music anyway and just came away from my first listen to Rheinberger's luscious Piano Quartet Op.38.  Gosh! how that music soars.  And its discmates, especially the Cello Sonata, are brilliant pieces also.

Now on to Klughardt, Tovey, Andreae, Weismann.  More chamber delicacies awaiting...
