W Boulvin??

Some of my recent uncontrolled sheet music purchases has turned up a short piece for Piano & Orchestra composed by a "W Boulvin".

I see there are some other compositions listed on Worldcat, but I cannot find any info whatsoever on this composer & it is slightly bugging me.

Would be appreciated if someone here could find something.

according to viaf.org , was pianist to the Duchess of Norfolk in 1879.  ... will keep looking...
also, there was a composer- the same one?- named Walter Albert Eugene Boulvin who was, if I read right, subpoena-d in 1868 in Tunbridge Wells (see this reference?)  Curious. Apparently for bankruptcy (this list).
