Enescu Piano Concerto in D minor (unfinished)

I spotted that this is included in the (otherwise irrelevant to UC) 2-CD release of piano music by Constantin Silvestri:

Apparently only the first movement exists. I'm assuming it's the same (work, not performance) as this:

It dates from 1898.

This is an extremely beautiful and powerful movement, 12 minutes long and not at all in Enescu's mature style, but harking back to Brahms et al. Dating from 1897 (according to the sleevenote), it was written at the age of 16!
