Charles Edward Stephens  Born 18.3.1821 London  Died 13.7.1892 London.

Composer, Organist¹, pianist and teacher. He was the second of two children²
He studied with Cipriani Potter, James A.Hamilton and Henry Blagrove³ for violin.
He excelled in composition for chamber music for which he won several prizes.
