for the next month, this (tonal, in fact late Romantic, for those as don't know it) very large Schoenberg work, conducted by Simon Rattle in a recent German performance, is available over BBC Radio 3.

I love the 79's Ozawa recording of the Gurrelieder. Werner Klemperer's charmingly over the top rendition of "Herr Gänsefuss, Frau Gänsekraut" gets me every time.
