Proto-romanticism here, surely:

I don't know the date of composition - perhaps around 1800?

If it's his Stabat Mater in C minor for four voices, organ and orchestra in Czech or Latin (NemR appendix), there's a manuscript copy at Breznice Library from ca.1820 (apparently made by one Frantisek Vanecek, 1800-56) according to RISM (but with a date-mark "Wanecek 41", so not sure where RISM gets the estimate.). (Then again, the composer died in 1815, so one already knew it was no later than that. Hrm.)

Thanks, Eric. It sounds as though it should date from later rather than earlier in his life.

There is recording of the Stabat Mater on the Nibiru label which came out  in 2018.

Also, the Cello Concerto that Alan mentioned in an earlier post is also available coupled with two of Ryba's Violin Concertos on Cesky Label
