Draeseke's Piano Sonata with Charlotte Steppes

Felix Draeseke's Sonata quasi Fantasia op. 6 has found a staunch advocate in Charlotte Steppes, a young German pianist from Leipzig. She had played the work several times during the last year, e.g. at the annual conference concert of the International Draeseke Society on 16 October in Bad Rodach. Magnificent. Does anyone deny that this is a masterpiece of the first order? Indebted to Liszt, but harmonically it couldn't be by anyone else. Thanks so much for the link.
