It is not Cyril Scott, but Arvid Kleven.
This short lived (1899-1929) Norwegian composer is surely partially outside the forum core.
But Lotusland op.5 of 1922 appears inside. Impressionism mingled with late romanticism.
The romantically titled "Sleeping forest" op.9 (1923) marks a development: like a Bax intermittently going a little crazy.
A little later two steps of coherent development. With "Symphonic Fantasy" op.15 (1926) and "Sinfonia libera" in two parts op. 19 (1927) two further steps towards expressionism (and outside the forum core).
Still, summing up, a fascinating record by un unlucky master. And at least Lotusland could appeal to more then few people. (Bis 1542. Susanna Malkki, Stavanger Symph.Orch.).

Not the first recording of Lotusland & The Sleeping Forest you might be aware. There's a Simax CD with these works - plus an elaborate violin sonata I recall as quite engaging.
