If interested in some quite obscure Austrian chamber music, Austrian radio OE1 played a Piano Trio of Mathilde Kralik von Meyrswalden (1857-1944) Austrian composer, student of Bruckner among others.
It is available until next Saturday.

Thanks, Eric. This work from 1880 strikes me at first hearing as quite a strong piece and I'll add it to my list for upload, if no one else gets there first.
That would be great Mark - I didn't have much luck listening to it directly.

There's a link to my upload of this very attractive piece in the Austrian Music thread in the Downloads board here (http://www.unsungcomposers.com/forum/index.php/topic,1345.msg35565.html#msg35565).
This is a very fine symphony and I've really enjoyed re-visiting it today (so too the violin concerto), but please could someone give me even a general idea as to what the soprano is singing about in the 3rd movement?
Symphony? What are you talking about? Isn't this thread about a piece of chamber music, or am I totally confused.
Queenslanders going troppo?
Not unusual, Mike! In this case, I simply responded to the wrong thread. I was asking about the download of the symphony that Mark made available a short time ago...... I'll repeat my request in the appropriate way. ;D
