Title: Unidentified piano piece
Post by: Christopher on Wednesday 13 June 2012, 20:49
Should there maybe be a new section called something like "Name That Tune"?!  It seems many users have a piece of music they hear around the place but don't know what it is and would like to find out!  Mine is this:

It was used in a 2000 British adaptation of Anna Karenina (Helen McRory in the title role). This piece comes when Levin proposes to Kitty for the first time...

If anyone can identify it I would be most grateful!

I downloaded it but couldn't get anything to play - there were a couple of crackles but that was it.

According to IMDb the original music of this TV mini-series was composed by John Keane. Maybe a bit disapointing?
