Title: Hans Huber Cello Sonatas
Post by: Mark Thomas on Wednesday 20 August 2014, 08:44
Here's a new CD (http://www.jpc.de/jpcng/classic/detail/-/art/works-for-violoncello-and-piano/hnum/5782133) (and companion Blue-Ray disc) boasting what it says are premiere recordings of two Cello Sonatas by Huber, together with a Suite and a couple of Romances. The cellist is Thomas Demenga, and the pianist the ever-reliable Jan Schultsz.

Does anyone know if this is available from a source other than JPC?  How about a download source?  Thanks

I thought I could be helpful by providing a link to the label (http://www.bonitz-music-network.eu/start.php?catId=88) that produced the recording and whose website also has a download link to igroove.ch just below the JPC logo, but this appears to be dead. It may be worth contacting the label, though.

Thanks.  I went directly to the igroove website and had no problem downloading the audio cd portion.  Guess the bluray disc would be another thing altogether.
