Title: University of N Texas - Lists, Notes etc. of Lost Composers

Being new to this site (and only very amateur but very much an enthusiast in this area), this might well be old hat to long-established members so apologies if it is.

I came across the following web-site which might be of interest:

It's of great interest; thanks for the link!
However, it's pretty maddening that the page of "Lost Composers' Music" simply says: "need to move flash player for audio files here"!

A related website is the University of Hamburg dictionary of musicians persecuted by the Nazis.

Just to add a note about formerly supressed/forgotten Jewish composers, which is a theme of the two web-sites this topic has so far identified.

The following link takes you to Cameo Classics, who released last year some marvellous music by Brull  and Jadassohn.

Those CC recordings have been oft discussed on this forum - welcome additions to the repertoire seriously compromised by the quality of the performances.
