Title: John Wearham
Post by: giles.enders on Sunday 02 August 2015, 14:15
I have recently been given a published copy of a piano concerto in C major by John Wearham.  It was published in 1923.  He seems to have invented a new type of pneumatic piano.  One of his backers was Sir Vincent Caillard 1856-1930 to whom it is dedicated, who in turn was an acquaintance of Seymour Darlington from whose collection it comes.  He in turn was married to Kathleen Bruckshaw.  I am wondering if there is any further information about John Wearham?.
