Otto Mahler, brother of Gustav Mahler, wrote 3 symphonies and committed suicide when he was 22 years old.
Greetings, christoph.
Wikipedia has this:

He was actually only 21 when he died.
Who knew? Certainly not me. I wonder what the symphonies, or at least anything which survives of them, sound like in view of Gustav Mahler's assertion that his brother was the more gifted of the two? I wonder where the manuscripts might be?
all good questions
Unfortunately, I don't have any answers. :(
