btw: according to IMSLP's copy of the Gallet score (which has "Paris, 1906-1908" on the bottom of the last page, for those who like me tend to wonder how one knows such a thing - always, not just now), premiered by Enesco & Dumesnil on 15 February 1908. Anyhow, belated thanks, I'll see if I can hear it; the score looks intriguing.
