A symphonic poem halfway between early Schoenberg and Debussy?

Recorded back in 2002 on a Signum CD, as I recall.  The brief MPH preface to their reprint (Bradford Robinson, 2005) is here (https://repertoire-explorer.musikmph.de/wp-content/uploads/vorworte_prefaces/377.html). A small amount of information here (https://www.universaledition.com/egon-wellesz-770/works/vorfruhling-5731). IMSLP doesn't yet have the score (which would be PD-US only in any case until 2025- assuming the relevant law stays the same, that is; I should say 2025 at earliest...)
