Liechti: also called Grety Voellmy-Liechti, born 1904 in Fribourg, Switzerland.

It's a siglum and stands for "Zürich Zentralbibliothek" (with CH for Switzerland), but I hear you. There are lists of library reference sigla used by RISM and other sites here and there...
