This 2021 cpo release appears to be an exact reissue of the 2001 recording of the concerto issued on Acte Prealable AP0219 with identical violin and piano couplings recorded 2010:

I the meantime, Janusz Wawrowski's edition of the Concerto appeared on Warner earlier in 2021, coupled with the Tchaikovsky concerto:

Some of this has been discussed in a related thread:

Well spotted! I didn't know that cpo licensed recordings from other labels.

I've seen them and SWR2(?) release the same material from time to time (e.g. sonatas by Reinecke), but that may not be the same thing. But I do think that they do sometimes reissue older recordings for at least part of their CDs, e.g. their issue of Mendelssohn's Heimkehr in 1997 is, according to Worldcat, a digital remaster of a recording first released in 1978 on LP by Electrola.

Violin Concerto, Op 70(a). Deux Mélodies, Op 5(b). Deux Nocturnes, Op 30b. Pan Twardowski, Op 45 – excs(c)
Ewelina Nowicka vn cMichał Krężlewski, bPola Lazar pf, Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice / Zygmunt Rychert
CPO F CPO555 421-2 (50' • DDD)
Recorded a2001, bc2010

Rózycki reveals himself to be a composer of genuine lyrical gifts, a writer of memorable melodies and, assuming that Rychert has followed his cues, a magical orchestrator. There is both beauty and huge dramatic power in the opening Andante; the following Allegro deciso initially promises something blandly triumphalistic but quickly moves into more adventurous territory, always with a nostalgic tinge. Ewelina Nowicka, who is a composer as well as a violinist, is a truly superb soloist, with the richest of tones and a genuine lyrical gift... An excellent disc, which I really hope will spark a revival of interest in Rózycki's work. Ivan Moody
