I did a research all over this topic....nobody mentioned Catoire...I think his piano concerto op. 21 is a superrachmaninoffian piano concerto!!!

I quite like the Second Symphony - and I think you're being perhaps a little harsh about the recording

Albéric Magnard
Albert Roussel (to an extent)
Charles Tournemire
Max d'Ollone
