Eivind Groven (1901-1977): a Catalogue of the Orchestral and Choral music

Eivind Groven rearranged a lot of his works, used related material in different compositions and orchestrated many of his piano pieces and songs (most of the works for voice and/or small orchestra in this catalogue are orchestrations of piano pieces or songs originally for voice and piano).
So his catalogue is a bit chaothic, but I believe this one is without any major works missing. There are some substantial works here that I really would like to see recorded, first of all the symphonic poems Renaissance and Historical Visions. The translations are all mine, please have me excused.
