R.Strauss Love Scene (orchestral interlude) from "Feuersnot"
A.Magnard Hymne a Venus
R.Hahn Nuit d'amour bergamasque, symphonic poem
J.Sibelius Rakastava (The lover), version for string orchestra

Ah, such good choices, Alberto (although not UCs nowadays).
I've just been listening to Tovey's Overture to The Bride of Dionysus - beautifully romantic, but not sure if it would count for this thread.

Don't forget that both R. Strauss' Ein Heldenleben and Sinfonia Domestica, although not unsung, also contain what can be construed as, er, "love scenes".  As does the Prelude to Der Rosenkavalier.

I recall it being said rather astutely that Barber's Adagio for Strings is actually love music, and it is intensely ironic that it keeps being played for funerals. Slightly off-beam for this forum, but nonetheless relevant, I think.
