Alan Howe

Written in 1916, this is a 26-minute Wagnerian/Straussian romp of a piece. Does anyone know it?

I'm aware of it and may have heard it. Far as I know a number of his earliest works are in that general style (if not scope), though since some (like the Op.2 string quartet) were only published very recently, they've received even fewer performances  than the concerto.
