Thuille Festival March (last work?)

Anyone who can read German may find this article from the 1907 Die Musik (a collection of articles on works performed at the 43. Tonkünstlerfest d. Allgemeiner Deutscher Musikvereins including also Georg Schumann's overture op.45) to be interesting, about Ludwig Thuille's last completed work (it says), his Symphonic Festival/Festive March (performed? 1906/published 1907, I think?), op.38. (He did have at least one unfinished work, an opera, in progress in 1907 when he died.) IMSLP does have the full score.
