Dear Martin

Please could you post details of your concert featuring Der Schneemann? It sounds most interesting, especially as it is so rarely performed, although there is a rare stage production just announced in Berlin (also in December). SEE :-

There will be a Schneemann performance in Freiburg as well this winter -- I talked to the conductor who did not know yet whether he will play it in its entirety. To my knowledge, despite occasional performances, we are stIill missing a recording of the second act? Let's hope that Mr. Bollon will include the Schneemann in the projected Naxos series of Korngold recordings.
