which also brings to two out of six the number that (... I think?) have been performed complete? (no.4 was given and broadcast on a Dutch radio station some years back. still haven't caught it though people did link me to it- sorry about that...)
largest Sorabji works I've heard so far are, I think, the sonata no.4 and the Opus Clav - also have "heard" (from manuscript sight-reading - I can't play piano) a certain amount of Toccata IV (1964-9. which probably times in around 2 hours or thereabouts or so too, at a guess, in its case with (about 10 minutes of opening) variations, then chorale, intermezzo, passacaglia, and fugue, not quite in that order). This latest release anycase is very tempting :(...
