Apologies as I think I've asked this before, but the description I was given of the concerto op.30 was intriguing (to me anyway). It might be incomplete (and I think he may have used material from it in another composition) but does anyone here know if it survives in a finishable state?

Dundonnell

The information I have, Eric, is that the op.30 Piano Concerto is complete but remains in manuscript and was explicitly suppressed by the composer.
Whether the manuscript is in the Bodleian Library in Oxford or the possession of Rubbra's son, Adrian Yardley, I do not know.

The Improvisation for vn. and orch. op.89 exists also on Firsf Edition Cd (formerly Louisville Lp; it was a Louisville commission).
