Hrm- Rawlings' "Russian Rhapsody in G minor" (for piano, pub. 1911) (English saxophonist/composer, 1857-1919) might just squeeze in there, even if it turns out to be "about" things Slavic only in its title- don't know; haven't seen it... however, IMSLP has his Slavonia, 6 pieces for piano, published 1915. (published under one of his many pseudonyms, Auguste Cons.)
