Cavallini is interesting -- I only know his music from a disc of Eb clarinet music, but while he wrote fantastic clarinet parts,  the piano parts (especially the Carnival of Venice Variations) contain some of the most boring piano parts I've ever heard. Hopefully the concerti are a bit better in that respect...

Well scratch that, I also know of some great tuneful etudes he wrote for solo clarinet. So yeah..,.hoping this is good. More romantic era clarinet music is always needed in my library.
