Very belated response - someone mentioned an opera recording of his (Psohlavci): apparently this is still available, on Supraphon SU3357-2 (and streams online, at Supraphon I assume, also at NML, as do two briefer works in collection recordings. The opera, from the last years of the 19th century, intrigues though.)
