Józef Elsner string quartets

Józef Elsner string quartets, op. 8, performed by the Equilibrium String Quartet on CD Accord label - on period instruments (grrrrr).  On initial investigation it appears these quartets were published in 1806 (with composition somewhat earlier), making their inclusion on this forum questionable, although Elsner has been discussed previously.  On the other hand, the IMSLP page below chooses to place this composer in the "Romantic" time period, so....there's that.
