The Verhulst is replicated on the Chandos CD, which features his pleasant but slightly derivative Symphony.  And I think that the Bree B minor overture also appears on the CPO disc which has just been released.

I much prefer these non-HIP performances - I'm not persuaded by what I've heard of the cpo van Bree CD.
