1musikpensionaer has uploaded a vast amount of rare old broadcast tapes during the last year but at some time he deleted them all. Don't know why. I posted the link immediately after I received the youtube-notification that the piece had been uploaded.

Gabriel, your unidentified orchestral piece is the Suite Fantastique by Cyril Scott.
I have listened just a few seconds but it's most likely from this Marco Polo CD:
