If I am not mistaken, this would appear to be a reissue of this:https://www.amazon.co.uk/Delrio-Sonatas-Leopoldo-Miguez-Karin-Fernandes/dp/B01K8MC19C/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=miguez&qid=1588591614&s=music&sr=1-3 . I obtained this somewhile ago (but certainly NOT at this price!), but I imagine a re-release by Naxos - together with a rather ridiculous and inappropriate original title having been fortunately discarded - will surely make this far more readily available!
