Fewer of them, but I see a few things maybe. Some of these possibly mentioned already- apologies!
February 4, Konzerthuset Stockholm Stora Salen: Andrée's 2nd organ symphony & Stenhammar's serenade (Tobias Ringborg/Royal Stockholm Philharmonic. Will be livestreamed.) (The similar 3 February concert with Stravinsky instead of Andrée has been cancelled. Hopefully not the 4th.)
April 24/25 evening: Berwald symphony no.1 - Bamberg Symphony  conducted by Herbert Blomstedt (Konzerthalle Bamberg, Joseph Keilberth Halle)
May 28: Concert that contains Suk's Asrael symphony in Vienna, Vienna Symphony conducted by Jakub Hrůša (who is conducting big Janacek/Suk/Smetana concerts from April 14-16 - see Bachtrack - with the Czech Philharmonic in the Dvorak Hall in Prague.)

According to its website, the frauenkomponiert festival is scheduled to take place in London and various Swiss cities, with the Basel concert on 8 March to be broadcast live, Jessica Horsley conducting the BBC Concert Orchestra in a programme including Lilian Elkington's 'Out of the Mist' and Dorothy Howell's 'Koong Shee Ballet', both from 1921. I very much doubt this can go ahead, though. Early March is much too soon. Details here.

I'm glad to see the Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players are still a going thing - Robert Kahn's serenade in F minor op.73 will be performed February 22 together with Hiller's late string trio and Xaver Scharwenka's 2nd piano trio; March 8 is a concert with chamber works by Zelenski, Moniuszko, Lessel and Szymanowski; on March 22 works by Gustav Jenner (clarinet/piano trio) and Goetz (piano quintet) feature, while Baussnern's 1898 serenade and Max Bruch's A minor string quintet (one of 2) shows up on April 5.  (April 12 has works by Kralik, Le Beau, Amanda Maier, and Rosalind Ellicott.) The usual for this ensemble, if not for everyone else; I wish I were downstate again.

Feb.24 in Milan (Conservatorio di Milano - Sala Verdi) there may be a concert containing Myaskovsky's cello sonata no.2 (1948 but very Romantic) with works by Brahms and Schumann as well (Enrico Dindo, Carlo Guaitoli.) May have been cancelled. Not sure...

Another performance of Raff's sinfonietta seems to be scheduled for 8 April, to be broadcast live - François Leleux conducting the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. See description.

(may edit and add things here soon...)

BTW while searching for some information for another thread, I found the concert-calendar of the Verband Deutsche Konzertchöre (it seems they performed Vaughan Williams' sea symphony some years back with some German? conductor I've never heard of).  They are performing Suppé's requiem in G minor this November 3rd in Braunschweig's St. Jakobi-Kirche.

For those in Melbourne, Australia, Harold Fabrikant is re-embarking on his series of three concerts covering the complete piano works of Louis Vierne (1870-1937). The series, planned to commemorate Vierne's 150th birthday in 2020, had to be aborted after the first concert, due to you-know-what. Concert dates and works are given below; the concerts are in Melba Hall at the Parkville campus and entry is free, but booking is essential. The booking link is here and the password is PIANO21

Here's a few more.
Interesting concert in Bilbao on 15 March with Tailleferre, Beach and Robert Schumann chamber works - see this description, of interest here maybe for the Beach theme and variations op.80.
Farrenc's first symphony, as I think someone's mentioned, is or was going to be performed in Stockholm on 31 March at Konserthuset Stockholm conducted by Antonello Manacorda, according to BachTrack; I will try to check whether this is still happening. Ah, here, and unlike a number of similar Leipzig concerts which are cancelled, no mention on the website of the venue of cancellation. Konserthuset.se which links a livestream- something to look forward to if, like me, one enjoys Farrenc's orchestral music (even if not as much as her chamber music, still, still good.)

Been awhile, I know, sorry! I'm not positive these concerts haven't been cancelled but will try to get closer knowledge than just a link from Bachtrack or thelike, etc.
Piano works by d'Indy, Magnard, and others in Toulouse this Saturday July 10th.
Another performance by Lawrence Equilbey conducting, Farrenc symphony no.3, Barcelona Symphony Orchestra on July 15th in Barcelona.

On April 30 and May 1, 2022, the Southern Arizona Symphony will be giving the Moszkowski Piano Concerto no. 2 along with much more familiar Dvorak.

The BBC Proms 2021 feature some lesser-known romantic works:

Zemlinski Clarinet trio (2 August)

Respighi Concerto gregoriano (4 August)

Ruth Gipps: Sympony 2 (5 August – seems late romantic to me, but others might disagree – Wikipedia says she never departed from late romantic style. Sounds Sibelius-esque to my ears harmony-wise – available on youtube)

24 Aug 2021: Chineke! Orchestra
            Samuel Coleridge-Taylor
            Hiawatha's Wedding Feast – overture(11 mins)
            Fela Sowande
            African Suite(23 mins)
            Florence Price
Piano Concerto in One Movement(20 mins)
            interval
            Samuel Coleridge-Taylor
            Symphony in A minor(35 mins)

Ruth Gipps: Sea-Shore suite (30 Aug)

Vaughan Williams: Three Portraits from "The England of Elizabeth" (2 Sep)

Korngold: Symphony in F# (John Wilson & Sinfonia of London! – 4 Sep)

Best wishes, ewk

what's the 1921 Respighi concerto doing there? have you heard it or are you just assuming?

Gareth Vaughan

I've heard it and I would certainly call it "Romantic".

Concert - 19th Nov, 2021. Tonhalle St. Gallen, Switzerland

Reinecke - Piano Concerto No. 1 in F-sharp minor, Op. 72
Simon Callaghan (piano), Sinfonieorchester St Gallen, Modestas Pitrenas

This follows his recordings of Reinecke's Piano Concertos 1, 2 & 4 with the same forces [15th Nov - 19th Nov]. I'm so looking forward to this volume. Anyone have a clue as to what is next in RPC pipeline?

Beautiful concert yesterday at Versailles. An audience of no more than 50! But it was outdoors (well, almost) and it was raining! Gary Hoffmann (cello) and David Selig (piano) played sonatas by Boëllmann and Godard, as well as a short piece by Milhaud, Elégie. The encore was not-so-unsung Fauré's Elegie...
